It's difficult for Australia to achieve unprecedented feats.

The greatest achievements have long been mastered.

This is the team that has claimed seven Cricket World Cups, along with another six T20 titles, and earlier maintained over three years unbeaten in 50-over cricket.

The secondary achievements, targeted by the record chasers, are what's still available for a team that has achieved everything.

It needed up to Sunday's three-wicket win over India for them to accomplish their maiden ODI chase above 300, reclaiming their record for the largest in women's cricket's 50-over format, is, in truth, a tribute to the pitchers that have represented Australia over five decades.

When she was out her side required another 66 at one run per ball - a manageable total now requiring a leisurely stroll.

"Pursuing 330 is uncharted waters so I am glad we have the assurance to achieve that now," continued Healy.

"Hopefully we don't have to do it again but, if necessary, we are confident we can do it."

That comment will be the final thing rival teams at this World Cup need to hear.

Over the past five days a belief they will triumph from any situation has only strengthened - this victory succeeding success over Pakistan by 107 run margin despite sitting at 76-7 at one point.

Following this Australia face Bangladesh before a meeting with old rivals England in Indore in ten days, by which point a semi-final place may probably be guaranteed.
